Sonar Zoom View

Sonar Zoom View increases the displayed resolution to separate sonar returns that are close together, such as those caused by fish suspended close to the bottom or within structure. In Zoom View, the display is split to show a magnified portion of the water column on the left and the full water column on the right. The Zoom Preview Box on the right portion indicates what area of the water column is being magnified and tracks the bottom. Multiple zoom levels are possible. By pressing the Zoom “+” and “-” keys, the left portion will show zoom levels of 2X, 4X, 6X, and 8X. This zoom level is displayed in the upper left corner with the upper and lower Zoom Depth Range numbers indicating the depth of the water being viewed in the middle of the view.
