If you are signing in for the first time since February 3 2012, you will need to do the following:

  1. If you are using Internet Explorer, you will need to use version 8.0 or higher.  If you are unsure of the version you are using, click on Help in your browser tool bar.  Then click on About Internet Explorer.  This should pull up a window showing you the version number.  If you are below IE 8, you will need to visit  Microsoft's site to download a newer version. 
  2. If you are using a different browser like Chrome or Firefox or have IE 8 or higher, please click on the forgot password link above to receive a temporary password.
  3. Once you have received your temporary password, return to this page to login to your account.

We hope you enjoy the new features that Humminbird My Account now offers.  Just a couple of the new benefits include being able to change your user ID and password without contacting Humminbird.

If you have a Humminbird System and have previously registered your product, you will find the HumminbirdPC download along with software specific to your registered unit. See our FAQs on software updates through the AS PC2 accessory if your product does not have a card reader, or with a MMC/SD Card if you do have a card reader slot on your unit.
